Laws In Force To Govern
The matters contained in this Act and the Rules, Bye-laws, orders or directives issued hereunder shall be governed by this Act and the Rules or directives, and the other matters shall be governed by the laws in force. Provided that the matters contained the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, 2058(2002) shall be governed by that Act.
